During the war in South Vietnam 1962-72, the coastal city of Vung Tau was a major rest and recuperation site for the US, Australian and New Zealand troops serving there. This is a list of bars, hotels and steam baths gathered in 1970 by the relevant Military Police offices for use in their duties.
Hopefully, the names of the bars will bring back memories of fun times with mates.
The item is in two parts - first, the original list with Vietnamese business name, street address, and then English language name.
The second part has these transposed, with the English language name followed by the street address and then Vietnamese name.
